We have a team who are veterans themselves, and who know what it is like to not only be in the military, but to have to fight to get what you deserve. You have a ton of questions- and we can help answer them.

Do I need your help?
Only if you have been denied benefits. We can only assist you in filing that initial application- we can’t actually file it for you. (Form 21-256)

What do you charge?
Our fees are typically 20% of the past benefits. We also don’t just charge you because we feel like it. We ask for the approval of the VA before we charge one penny. We want to deserve what we’re paid.

Is my case any good?
We don’t know. We will gladly talk with you over the phone, or in person by appointment, and discuss your case. Our initial consultation is free. What you WILL get from us is straight talk. We’re a different law firm that believes in taking time to explain things that are confusing, and preparing our clients for the different possibilities.

Why do I need a Lawyer?
